Southern Region Arrowman Ray Capp Honored

Recently the National Eagle Scout Association notified the Middle Tennessee Council that Ray Capp will receive the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award. Ray serves as the Vice Chairman of Technology and Special Projects on the National Order of the Arrow Committee.

National Service Award

The award recognizes lodges in each region that have performed outstanding service to their councils.

E. Urner Goodman Camping Award

We are proud to announce that the E. Urner Goodman Camping Award recipients from the Southern Region are Ittawamba Lodge and Coosa Lodge.

The award was established as a tribute to the OA's founder, E. Urner Goodman, to encourage and challenge lodges to increase their effectiveness in promoting and increasing Scout camping in each region.
